Dieholders Modules

Rotary Dieholder Modules specific for the first drawing step, made up of a lubricant holder box designed to be assembled on the drawing machine bench and a Rotary Dieholder FR4B or FR5B type.

- Inlet rolls (Modules FR4BSC02 and FR5CSB02).
- Lubricant applicator sheaves. An hand grip allows to lift the central sheave for an easier rod threading and a better regulation of the sheaves pressure on the rod surface. The sheave in entrance is equipped by lubricant mixer paddles.
- External lubricant feeding tank that allows a comfortable charge of the lubricant and an its proper distribution inside the box, assuring a long feeding autonomy.
- High pressure dieholder cartridge specific for the best lubricant application in the first drawing step.

The combined action lubricant applicator sheaves – high pressure dieholder cartridge, ensures an adequate lubrication for the following drawing process.
