- Air blower mounted at the entrance that removes the scale broken by the rod bending.
- Patented press operated by a pneumatic cylinder that clenches with a constant pressure the steel wool around the rod surface.
- In some models they can follow one or two rotary steel wool presses that exploit the centrifugal force to clench the steel wool around the rod surface. These motorized devices are controlled by proximity sensors and their rotary speed, so the abrasive action, can be calibrated according to the characteristics of both the rod and the drawing process.
